CROSS BORDER SYNDICATED LENDING FOR TELECOM
In a sophisticated international transaction, Halkin Investments played a pivotal role in advising a client in securing acquisition funding for a substantial stake in a Pakistani-registered submarine fiber optic cable operator from an Egyptian seller.
